Your tasks

  • Implementation of the expansion strategy and development into the largest system partner
  • Supporting and expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers while adhering to the specified service levels
  • Implementation and active monitoring of sales and area concepts, stocking plans and the automatic replenishment process for NOS articles
  • Development and implementation of customer-specific strategies and initiatives with regard to product range & brands, placement, promotions and marketing measures
  • Budget planning and regular reporting with explanations on the deltas to the plan or previous year and the status of strategic goals
  • Active order book management in cooperation with Customer Service, ensuring punctual deliveries and proactive customer communication
  • Partnership-based contract negotiations and conducting annual meetings on an equal footing
  • Overview of the various customer requirements, identification of potential for increasing efficiency and their optimization
  • Close cooperation with our internal sales department, merchandising, marketing, product management and all other areas of the company

Your profile

  • a successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable commercial training
  • strong sales, proven track record in the legwear, lingerie or accessories sector
  • Existing network and access to key associations and major customers in the footwear, textile, sports and food retail sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Extensive experience in the sale of area and system concepts
  • Results-oriented action, entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality
  • Resilient, pragmatic, down-to-earth, representative and confident in appearance
  • Strong analytical skills, as well as an understanding of numbers and data
  • Confident handling of analysis tools (e.g. PowerBI) and very good MS Office skills
